| Details | The activity was planned and conducted in Bihanga HCIII, High volume site with a number of referrals of patients to Nsiika HCIV . However, most of the referrals were poorly handle and thus the need for the training. The training was organized with intention to equip the health workers with the knowledge and the skill to be able to identify critical patients for referral. Pre-referral management of patients and care during the transit of the patient to the next treatment care point.
