Details	The group convenes weekly to discuss targeted interventions for the leading causes of maternal and perinatal mortality, sharing best practices for implementing Maternal Perinatal Death Surveillance and Response (MPDSR). The meeting offers technical input on emerging processes and issues in safe motherhood. Periodically, the session provides insights into quality improvement interventions, such as MPDSR, Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric-Newborn Care (EmONC), and Postnatal Care (PC). During this session, our focus was on reviewing progressive updates on the actions proposed during the review of maternal deaths reported at Naweyo HC III, Kakoma HC III, Nankoma HC IV, Malongo HC III, Bukasa HC IV Buwasa HC IV, Bwizibwera HC IV, Kiyunga HC IV, Bidi Bidi HC III and Kidera HC IV among Others. This was followed by sessions including A model of empowering midwives t deliver Integrated RMNCAH interventions, Key aspects to consider during management of a raptured ectopic, utilizing the MoH actions tracker to drive implementation to improve MNH outcomes. This was followed by a weekly MPDSR report highlighting trends in maternal and perinatal deaths reported. The awarded meetings happened on MEETING HAPPENED ON January 25th, 1st Feb,8th Feb, 15 Feb, and 22nd February 2024, at 7.30 a.m.
