Objectives; Involves presentations from the above stated subspecialities to discuss the achievements, challenges, complications, preventive measures and future targets. Also involves discussion of near miss, medical errors and some of the sample patients who were involved. We looked the data for the first half of the year and meeting took 4hours. |
