| Details | Prostate cancer is now the most common non-cutaneous tumour diagnosed in men in the UK. This session discusses the staging and management of prostate cancer. The session has been updated to include multi-parametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADS) reporting system for pre-biopsy MRI of the prostate.
Objectives
By the end of this session you will be able to:
• Describe the management of prostate cancer
• Discuss the merits of the various staging methods
• Carry out clinical and radiological staging of prostate cancer |
