Describe verbal and non-verbal cues that can help to improve communication in an end of life care setting
Describe facilitative verbal skills that will help a conversation Recognise the impact of facilitative skills on both the patient (or family member) and the professional in an end of life care setting
Relate these verbal and non-verbal skills to your own practice |
