| Details | 2 case reviews: 1st was a 56-year-old female that presented with a classic presentation of a major depression that was superimposed on a preexisting hypertension and diabetes mellitus, she was started on CBT and anti-depressants and seen to improve on the management on review. Also 30-year-old female that was very preoccupied with work in the previous days, so presented with symptoms of palpitations and was also generally fatigued, anxiolytics and a time off work was seen to have an impact in the patients recovery. |
